Different forms of bullion

As you are probably aware, bullion exists in different forms. What kind of forms are they and what are the differences between them? I would like to answer this question right now so keep on reading. We can distinguish such forms as: coins, bars or ingots. Coins are usually minted and issued by government. They are usually limited and that is why they are so valuable for the collectors willing to buy enormous prices for those items. Almost in every country gold coins are issued. One of the most popular are: American Eagles, Canadian Maples, Chinese Pandas, Australian Kangaroos or Australian Kookaburras. As I have said before they are specifically popular among collectors and some business people. You can also obtain bullion in form of bars. The best place to get them is probably some bank where you will be able to buy them for reasonable prices. They are not interesting for collectors and are often bought in order to make a profit and nothing else. The value of gold item depends on the value of precious metal used in it. Platinum is the most expensive then there is gold and finally silver on the third place.
